The Baja Designs 2024-2026 Husqvarna FE350S / FE350W / FE450 / FE501S / FE501W XL80 Headlight Kit w/ Dimmer (D/C) is a premium LED headlight replacement engineered specifically for compatible Husqvarna off-road and dual-sport motorcycles. Developed in partnership with MotoMinded, this complete kit replaces the factory headlight with a high-output XL80 LED light, delivering exceptional visibility for technical trails, enduro riding, and high-speed off-road adventures.

The XL80 produces an impressive 9,022 raw lumens and comes pre-installed with Baja Designs' Trail Lens, providing enhanced vertical and horizontal light distribution for improved visibility through tight turns, elevation changes, and technical terrain. An included dimmer switch allows riders to adjust brightness from 95% down to 20% output, while the plug-and-play harness ensures straightforward installation using the factory Husqvarna connector.

Built around Baja Designs' proven lighting technologies, this kit also includes an additional lens, allowing riders to customize the beam pattern using the company's uService® replaceable lens system for changing riding conditions.
