The Baja Designs 2024-2026 Husqvarna FE350S / FE350W / FE450 / FE501S / FE501W XL80 Headlight Kit (D/C) is a premium LED headlight replacement designed specifically for compatible Husqvarna off-road and dual-sport motorcycles. Developed in partnership with MotoMinded, this complete kit replaces the factory headlight with a high-output XL80 LED light, delivering exceptional visibility for technical trails, enduro riding, and high-speed off-road adventures.

The XL80 produces an impressive 9,022 raw lumens and comes pre-installed with a Spot lens for maximum long-distance projection. An additional Driving/Combo lens is included, allowing riders to customize the beam pattern for more balanced illumination in technical terrain using Baja Designs' uService® replaceable lens technology. The plug-and-play harness with a new connector simplifies installation while improving daytime safety and nighttime visibility.

Built around Baja Designs' proven lighting technologies, the XL80 features ClearView® optics, MoistureBlock® waterproof construction, CopperDrive® LED management, and a natural 5000K daylight color temperature for dependable performance in demanding off-road environments.

The XL80 delivers 9,022 raw lumens while drawing 75.9 watts (5.5 amps), providing powerful illumination for aggressive off-road riding. The pre-installed Spot lens focuses light into Lighting Zone 4 for high-speed visibility, while the included Driving/Combo lens increases foreground and peripheral coverage for technical trails and slower riding conditions.

The 5000K daylight color temperature provides natural illumination that improves terrain recognition while helping reduce rider fatigue during extended rides.

Vehicle-Specific Design

Engineered specifically for compatible Husqvarna motorcycles, this complete replacement kit was developed in partnership with MotoMinded to provide excellent vertical and horizontal light spread while maintaining a clean, factory-style installation. The included plug-and-play harness with a new connector eliminates the need for wiring modifications.
