The Baja Designs 2024-2026 Gas Gas ES 350 / ES 500 XL80 LED Headlight Kit w/ Hi-Low Harness delivers uncompromising race-level illumination for Gas Gas dual-sport motorcycles. Developed in partnership with Motominded, this premium headlight replacement provides exceptional vertical and horizontal light spread for technical trails, fast desert riding, and demanding off-road adventures while maintaining a true plug-and-play installation.

The kit features a single XL80 LED light producing an impressive 9,022 raw lumens. Equipped with Baja Designs' Trail lens for 1st-4th gear technical trail riding, it redirects the immense light output from the center beam to near- and mid-field peripheral areas for improved visibility through vertical transitions and tight turns. The included Hi/Low harness plugs in-line with the factory wiring, allowing use of the OEM high/low beam switch while dimming the light by 20% in low beam mode. Baja Designs' exclusive uService technology also allows riders to customize the beam pattern using interchangeable lenses.

Installation

The kit is designed specifically for compatible 2024-2026 Gas Gas ES motorcycles and installs using the included 2024+ Gas Gas OEM connector and Hi/Low harness for a true plug-and-play installation. The supplied Motominded XL bracket and mounting hardware eliminate the need for permanent wiring modifications. Bike must have 200W Stator.
