Derived from the flagship XL80 platform, the XL40 produces an impressive 5,224 lumens while drawing only 43.5 watts, making it an ideal lighting upgrade for Gas Gas motorcycles equipped with lower-output OEM stators.

Equipped with Baja Designs' Trail Lens and an inline Hi-Low harness, this kit provides exceptional near-field and peripheral visibility with dedicated high and low beam operation. Low beam reduces output to approximately 25% of high beam, producing 1,435 lumens when full brightness is not required. The kit replaces the factory headlight assembly and includes a MotoMinded mounting bracket and all necessary hardware for a straightforward installation.
