Important Installation Note

These hitch receivers are designed as direct bolt-in replacements for your UTV's radius plate and are laser-cut to extremely tight tolerances. Because they are critical suspension components, the mounting holes are intentionally sized for a precise, interference fit to ensure perfect alignment and maximum strength under load.

After our durable powder-coating process, a very thin layer of coating can remain inside the holes. This is completely normal and expected. You may need to run a drill bit through the holes or use an impact driver to push the factory bolts through the first time. This slight effort does not indicate a manufacturing defect - it is by design to maintain the tight fit required for safety and performance.

Once the bolts are seated the first time, the coating inside the holes wears just enough for future removals and reinstalls to be easy.

UHMW stands for Ultra High Molecular Weight and is the plastic Factory UTV uses to create skid plates, a-arm guards, and rockslides for just about every major UTV model on the market.

During its manufacturing process, the molecules of this plastic are compacted as densely and close together as possible. UHMW is roughly 100 times denser than HMW, and exponentially denser than ABS or other common plastics.

The UHMW used by Factory UTV is partially made from Recycled UHMW materials, making the constancy more rigid and impact-absorbent than new plastic, allowing the perfect flexing capability needed to endure impacts. Our UHMW has a very low coefficient of friction, making it slippery in rough conditions, but it has the impact resistance and density to withstand some of the harshest environments you can throw at it.
