The Assault Series winch uses a synthetic cable, a 1.22hp motor, and a heavy-duty all metal turn clutch to exert over 5000 pounds of pulling force. Its waterproof seals keep moisture out, and the included cable hook stopper eliminates clatter and wear while maintaining cable tension and acting as an anti-kickback, should your cable snap. Use the wheel-mounted control switch or control your aftermarket winch with a 14 corded remote for those situations when you need to exercise control from afar.

Where safety is concerned, the included cable hook stopper adds increased protection should the synthetic cable snap, and the heavy-duty electric contactor protects your rig and its electrical system from surges, shorts and water infiltration.
