Made of a 5/8 solid high density plastic and requires NO DRILLING of your roll cage. Doors easily mount to OEM hinges for quick installs. The supplied filler panels enclose the rear opening for a factory-like fit and finish. New supplied strike plates mount on existing factory holes, with a state of the art two paw, two position rotary latch for a rattle free fit. All the brackets and hardware have durable powder coat and weather resistant black zinc finishes for a lasting, clean look. Unlike sheet metal door panels, our door panels will not rust, ding, or bend. Trail Armor doors open suicide for easy full extension entry/egress. The tight-fitting, slim-line profile allows for navigation in tight spots with nothing to hang on. Installs easily with photo-documented installation instructions. Lightweight and durable, these shields have the factory-like fit and finish that Trail Armor is known for.
