Polaris RZR 570/800 Trail SACHS Spring Shims - RT PRO

These spring shims are an excellent upgrade for your stock SACHS shocks. If your RZR or Ranger XP needs just a little more ride height OR if you'd like a little firmer ride this is the most inexpensive solution. These shims will work with OEM RZR springs OR our stock replacement spring kits. They create 1/2 of spacing (preload) per ring and they're stackable. If you want more preload just add another one. We do not recommend using more than two shims per shock.

These are the black ones without threaded bodies. They will fit all RZR 570, 800 50 and 900 Trail Models as well . They may work with other models as well but we have not tested fitment. The I.D. of our shim is 2.03 diameter and they are designed to retain a 2.25 I.D. spring and fit over either the newer stamped steel preload adjusting retaining rings OR the older cast aluminum rings.

Shims are sold in pairs.
