Polaris Ranger XD 1500 Bolt-On Chassis Stiffener (Front) - Thumper Fab

Thumper Fab Front Bolt-On Chassis Stiffener for Polaris Ranger 1500 XD

Prepare your Polaris Ranger 1500 XD for significant upgrades with the Thumper Fab Front Bolt-On Chassis Stiffener. Adding larger wheels, oversized tires, lift kits, or portals puts considerable additional strain on the stock front control arm mounts and chassis subframe. Thumper Fab addresses this by offering an engineered reinforcement solution designed to be exceptionally strong and incredibly easy to install. Their goal was to create the market's best Frame Stiffener / Gusset Kit for the Ranger 1500 XD platform.

This chassis stiffener features a straightforward bolt-on design that does not require any cutting or welding, making it accessible for shop or home installation. Leveraging the latest in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and 3D scanning technology, Thumper Fab has invested extensive hours and multiple prototype revisions to ensure precision fitment. This kit significantly strengthens weak points in the front chassis structure, working seamlessly with both OEM and compatible aftermarket control arms and lift kits designed for the same model year Ranger 1500 XD.
