Pci Race Radios Raceair Pro Rocker Speed Control Harness

PCI Race Radios RaceAir Pro Rocker Speed Control Harness

Controlling airflow to your fresh-air pumper helmet system should be simple, instantaneous, and customizable on the fly. The PCI Race Radios RaceAir Pro Rocker Speed Control Harness provides a heavy-duty, plug-and-play electrical wiring harness that integrates a variable-speed control dial directly into a standard rocker switch housing, giving you total control over helmet air pressure right from your dashboard.

Engineered specifically for PCI RaceAir Pro pumper systems, this specialized harness allows drivers and co-drivers to adjust blower fan speed seamlessly without taking their focus off the trail or track. Whether you need maximum airflow during hot, dusty desert washboards or a lower, quieter setting during cool evening rides, the intuitive rocker-style speed dial lets you fine-tune air volume in seconds.

Built with race-grade, heavy-duty wiring, weather-sealed connectors, and inline circuit protection, this harness is built to withstand extreme off-road abuse, severe chassis vibration, and harsh environmental exposure in open-cockpit race cars, side-by-sides, and trophy trucks.

Features

• Variable Speed Control: Features an integrated dial within a standard rocker switch form factor to precisely control pumper fan RPM and air pressure.
• Standard Rocker Switch Footprint: Fits directly into standard UTV and race car dashboard rocker switch cutouts (0.83" x 1.48") for a clean, factory-installed look.
• Plug-and-Play Wiring: Pre-wired with heavy-duty cables and matching connectors for direct connection between your 12V power source and RaceAir Pro motor.
• Off-Road Durable Build: Weather-resistant design featuring high-strand copper wiring, rugged protective sleeving, and sealed connections to resist dust, moisture, and vibration.
• Inline Circuit Protection: Includes inline fuse protection to prevent electrical overload and safeguard your helmet pumper motor.
• Ergonomic Dashboard Control: Places airflow adjustment within natural, easy reach of the driver or navigator without requiring awkward adjustments under the seat or behind panels.

Design and Functionality

Traditional pumper systems often run on a simple single-speed toggle, which can either deliver too little air during intense driving or create excessive noise and wind chill when high flow isn't needed. PCI's speed control harness solves this by providing smooth, linear speed adjustment directly from your dash console, ensuring optimal helmet comfort and clear visor visibility under any condition.

Installation and Compatibility

Designed for quick, direct installation into any standard rocker switch panel or aftermarket switch bracket. The pre-wired harness connects directly to your vehicle's 12V DC power system and plugs cleanly into the PCI RaceAir Pro pumper unit with no cutting or custom soldering required.

Why It Stands Out

Fresh-air pumper systems are essential for safety and comfort in dusty off-road environments. PCI Race Radios delivers an American-engineered, race-proven harness control setup that brings precise air management and clean, professional dashboard integration to your off-road rig.
