Can-Am Maverick X3 Radius Rod Inner Mount Conversion Kit - Cognito

The product is designed to improve the OEM rear radius rod mounting configuration and take up the excess slop present between the frame hole size and fastener size.

The stock configuration requires you to remove the radius rod plate entirely by removing all 6 nuts, in order to remove even just one radius rod. This Cognito solution addresses this issue by swapping the factory studs with bolts by installing a permanently mounted nut plate and brace plate.

Additionally, the frame fastener holes are oversized for the 12mm fasteners, and therefore getting the fasteners centered in the holes is almost impossible which will affect the camber. The Cognito solution uses a self-centering brace plate to take up the slop in the frame holes for an accurate mounting solution, repeatedly.
