The Baja Designs XL40 LED Headlight Kit provides a high-output lighting upgrade for the 2024-2026 Yamaha WR250F and WR450F. The kit pairs the XL40 LED light with a Motominded mounting bracket for a direct replacement of the stock OEM headlight.

Designed for modern off-road motorcycles with lower-output OEM stators, the XL40 produces 5,224 lumens on high beam while drawing 43.5W/3.4A at 12.8V. This provides substantial lighting output while maintaining an efficient power draw.

The XL40 uses Baja Designs' XL Trail Lens, which provides a functional vertical and horizontal beam pattern with enhanced peripheral and near-field visibility. The kit comes pre-mounted to the Motominded bracket for alignment and includes the necessary mounting hardware.
