The Baja Designs 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro S8 10" Light Bar / S2 Pro TRD Pro Grille Conversion Light Kit is designed for Tacoma owners who have converted their truck to a TRD Pro-style grille and want premium off-road lighting with an OEM-inspired appearance. The kit combines a 10-inch S8 LED light bar producing 6,324 raw lumens with two S2 Pro LED light pods generating 2,245 raw lumens each, delivering comprehensive illumination across Lighting Zones 1-4 for improved visibility on trails and remote terrain.

Dual independent wiring harnesses allow the S8 light bar and S2 Pro pods to be operated separately for greater flexibility. The S8 Driving/Combo light bar provides long-range illumination in Zones 3-4 while its integrated amber backlight functions as a marker light when the main LEDs are off. The S2 Pro Wide Cornering lights illuminate Zones 1-2 for exceptional near-field visibility. The kit also includes a front camera relocation bracket, vehicle-specific mounting hardware, and Baja Designs' uService® technology, allowing lenses and beam patterns to be changed without voiding the warranty. This kit does not include the TRD Pro grille.

Lighting Performance

The S8 10-inch Driving/Combo light bar delivers 6,324 raw lumens while consuming 57.9 watts and 4.2 amps. Positioned within the grille, it projects long-range illumination into Lighting Zones 3-4, making it ideal for high-speed off-road driving and extended trail visibility. Its integrated amber backlight enhances vehicle visibility when the primary LEDs are turned off.

The two S2 Pro LED pods feature Wide Cornering optics that each produce 2,245 raw lumens while drawing 23.4 watts and 1.7 amps. Mounted alongside the S8 light bar, they illuminate Lighting Zones 1-2 to improve close-range visibility around the front of the vehicle. Together, the lighting system provides balanced coverage from the bumper to the horizon.

Installation

This kit is engineered specifically for 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma models equipped with a TRD Pro grille conversion. It includes vehicle-specific mounting brackets, dual wiring harnesses, an S8 backlit add-on harness, and a camera adapter bracket that relocates the factory front grille-mounted camera for proper operation after installation. Some trimming is required during installation.

Owners who wish to utilize the factory auxiliary switches can add the optional Toyota Tacoma Upfitter Harness (Part #600101), allowing the lights to integrate cleanly with the OEM switch panel. The TRD Pro grille is not included.
