The Baja Designs 2024-2026 KTM 150/300 XC-W / 350/500 EXC-F / 450 XCF-W Squadron Pro LED Headlight Kit w/ Dimmer (D/C) delivers race-level illumination for KTM off-road motorcycles. Developed in partnership with Motominded, this premium headlight replacement provides exceptional vertical and horizontal light spread, giving riders outstanding visibility across technical trails, dual-sport adventures, and open desert terrain while maintaining a true plug-and-play installation.

The kit features a single Squadron Pro LED light producing 4,095 raw lumens for powerful forward illumination. The included dimmer allows riders to adjust brightness from approximately 95% down to 20% output, while the KTM-specific OEM connector and Hi-Low harness simplify installation and retain factory switch functionality. Baja Designs' exclusive uService technology also allows riders to customize the beam pattern with interchangeable lenses.

Lighting Performance

The Squadron Pro produces 4,095 raw lumens while drawing 41.4 watts and 3 amps, delivering exceptional illumination for aggressive off-road riding. The included Driving/Combo lens lights up Zones 1, 2, and 3 for balanced near- and long-range visibility, while an optional Spot lens can be installed for maximum distance projection during higher-speed riding. The included dimmer allows riders to adjust output from approximately 95% down to 20% to match changing riding conditions.

Installation

The kit is designed specifically for compatible 2024-2026 KTM motorcycles and installs using the included 2024+ KTM OEM connector and Hi-Low harness for a true plug-and-play installation. The supplied Motominded Squadron mounting bracket, Driving/Combo lens kit, dimmer harness, and mounting hardware eliminate the need for permanent wiring modifications. Bike must have 200W Stator.
