The Baja Designs 2024-2026 Husqvarna FE350S/FE501S / FE450 / TE150/TE250/TE300 Squadron Pro LED Headlight Kit w/ Dimmer (D/C) delivers race-level illumination for off-road and dual-sport motorcycles. Developed in partnership with Motominded, this premium headlight replacement provides exceptional vertical and horizontal light spread, giving riders outstanding visibility across technical trails, wooded terrain, and open desert while maintaining a vehicle-specific, plug-and-play design.

The kit features a single Squadron Pro LED light producing 4,095 raw lumens for powerful forward illumination. The included dimmer switch allows riders to adjust brightness from approximately 95% down to 20% output, making it easy to adapt lighting to changing trail conditions. The kit also includes a Husqvarna-specific OEM connector, Motominded mounting bracket, and a Driving/Combo lens kit, while Baja Designs' exclusive uService technology allows riders to swap lenses for different beam patterns.

Lighting Performance

The Squadron Pro delivers 4,095 raw lumens while drawing 41.4 watts and 3 amps, providing exceptional illumination for aggressive off-road riding. The included Driving/Combo lens lights up Zones 1, 2, and 3 for balanced near- and long-range visibility, while the optional Spot lens can be installed for maximum distance projection during high-speed riding. The included dimmer provides adjustable output from approximately 95% to 20%, allowing riders to fine-tune brightness as needed.

Installation

The kit is designed specifically for compatible 2024-2026 Husqvarna FE and TE models and installs using the included 2024+ Husqvarna OEM connector for true plug-and-play installation. The supplied Motominded Squadron mounting bracket, dimmer switch, Driving/Combo lens kit, and mounting hardware eliminate the need for permanent wiring modifications. Bike must have 200W Stator.
