Baja Designs 2013-2016 KTM 200 XC-W / 250/300 XC Squadron Sport Headlight Kit (A/C)

The Baja Designs 2013-2016 KTM 200 XC-W / 250/300 XC Squadron Sport Headlight Kit (A/C) upgrades compatible KTM motorcycles with a high-performance LED headlight while retaining the factory lighting system. The integrated A/C to D/C conversion allows the light to operate directly from the stock lighting circuit without requiring stator modifications.

Built around the Squadron Sport LED light, this kit delivers powerful forward illumination with low power consumption, making it well suited for extended off-road riding. The compact design combines durable construction, replaceable optics, and advanced weather protection to provide dependable lighting in demanding riding conditions.

With its plug-and-play design and vehicle-specific fitment, this headlight kit offers an efficient lighting upgrade for riders seeking improved nighttime visibility while maintaining straightforward installation.

Features

• A/C Conversion: Converts factory A/C power to the D/C power required for the LED light.
• No Stator Modifications: Connects directly to the stock lighting system.
• Squadron Sport LED: Produces approximately 3,162 lumens with a Driving/Combo beam pattern.
• Efficient Performance: Draws approximately 30.36 watts while delivering powerful illumination.
• Replaceable Optics: uService design allows lens and optic replacement.
• Weather Protection: IP69K-rated housing is waterproof, pressure washable, and submersible.

Lighting Performance

The included Squadron Sport LED light delivers approximately 3,162 lumens through a Driving/Combo beam pattern, providing broad foreground coverage with extended distance illumination. Operating at approximately 30.36 watts, it offers an effective balance of brightness and electrical efficiency.

Baja Designs' CopperDrive technology drives the LEDs at full output, while the 5000K daylight color temperature promotes natural color rendering and helps reduce rider fatigue during extended use.

A/C Compatible Design

This kit is engineered for motorcycles equipped with an A/C lighting system. The integrated converter changes the factory A/C output into the D/C power required by the LED light, allowing installation without stator modifications.

The plug-and-play configuration simplifies installation while utilizing the motorcycle's existing lighting system.

Construction and Durability

The Squadron Sport features a powder-coated cast aluminum housing and bezel paired with a hard-coated polycarbonate clear lens. Stainless steel mounting hardware is included for reliable installation.

Additional durability features include built-in overvoltage protection, replaceable lenses and optics, MIL-STD810G-tested durability, IK10 impact resistance, and an IP69K water resistance rating.

Application

This headlight kit is intended for compatible KTM off-road motorcycles and is designed to improve forward visibility for off-road riding. KTM motorcycles equipped with a lighting coil from 2001 and newer two-stroke models, as well as 2001 and newer carbureted four-stroke models, can operate this kit as referenced by Baja Designs.
