Product Description

Fits: 2015+ RZR 900, 2015+ RZR-S 900, 2015+ RZR 900 XC, 2015+ RZR 4 900, 2016+ RZR S 1000

Whether your plowing through mud holes, fording streams or just looking for cleaner intake air, this snorkel kit for the 2015 RZR 900 is one of the best built, fairly priced snorkel kits on the market.  It features 2.5" PVC tubing because traditional 2" tubing just does not provide enough air to the formidable RZR 900 engine. The high flow 2.5" tubing is wide enough to provide a little more airflow than stock but not so much air you would need a EFI programmer to manage it.  Tubing is also made from strong PVC, which is much more durable than ABS.  Additionally the PVC is sanded and painted textured black so it looks similar to the roll cage and the factory plastics.  One of the other great aspects of this kit is the fact you do not have to drill into your Airbox. This is a completely bolt on kit, which comes in handy if you need to take it off for any warranty issues.

  • Kit Snorkels Engine Air Intake, CVT Inlet, CVT Outlet and All Vent Lines
  • Comes Standard with water repellent snorkel guard, which does not restrict air flow
  • No drilling or electronics relocation required
  • Step by Step instructions included
  • 2.5" PVC Tubing
  • Made in the USA

  1. With a little modification looks performs great.

The only problem I found was trying to get apart the new pieces because painting them makes it very difficult to pull them apart. Once I solved this problem the test fit went very well. Probably needed to hold pieces together longer and let the glue dry. Fabricated bracket to fasten snorkels to frame rollbar because I do not like fastening things together with zip ties but that is just me. Looks and seems to perform great but have not taken it in the mud yet but I will very soon!
